Assist in evaluating residents' daily living skills and capacities, determine appropriate treatment, and implement care plans to promote recovery and re-entry into the community.

Requirements
- Must possess an Associate's Degree from an accredited program conferring the title of Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Certification in Occupational Therapy by the American Occupational Therapy Certification Board
- Must hold a valid state license
