Job Description
The Ohio Board of Professional Conduct is seeking a Counsel - Board of Professional Conduct position. The Counsel will work with the Director and Deputy Director to conduct research, provide ethical guidance, and assist with outreach and education efforts.

Requirements

  • Conducts research relative to the legal and administrative responsibilities of the Board
  • Provides oral opinions and written work product
  • Reviews requests for written advice and drafts advisory opinions and staff letters
  • Researches and drafts fact sheets and other documents
  • Responds to telephone inquiries from attorneys and judges
  • Assists with outreach and education efforts
  • Maintains the Board's web pages and handbooks of disciplinary cases
  • Supports the adjudication of disciplinary matters
