Job Description
The Counsel, Funds & Investment Management role will assist with day-to-day legal needs in support of Dimensional's institutional and sub-advised fund clients, providing advice on federal, state, and international securities law analysis and compliance.

Requirements

  • 3-7 years of practice in a top-tier law firm, company, or government agency handling legal and regulatory issues relating to registered investment products
  • Substantial knowledge of federal securities law and corporate law
  • Detail oriented, organized, and professional
  • JD from a top law school
  • Member of a US state bar
  • Very strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate with non-lawyer business partners in a clear and understandable way
  • Able to work well in a team environment
  • Self-starter who is capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
