Job Description
The Counsel, Legal & Regulatory will assist with legal, regulatory, compliance, corporate governance, and commercial contracting matters to support the Company’s growth. This role provides day-to-day support to senior attorneys and helps manage regulatory obligations.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
  • 5+ years of legal experience, with a focus on regulatory or insurance law preferred.
  • Knowledge of state insurance regulations and regulatory frameworks preferred.
  • Experience working with regulatory agencies and managing examinations or filings.
  • Experience with commercial contracting or corporate transactions.
  • Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills with the ability to translate complex issues into practical guidance.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
