Role OverviewThe Counsel is responsible for all real estate and engineering/store planning documents for the Americas. This role involves reviewing, negotiating, and revising leases, general contractor agreements, and other engineering documents. The Counsel will work closely with the Director of Real Estate – Americas and the Engineering/Store Planning Department to manage and update various documents and templates.
What You Will Do
The Counsel will review and negotiate leases, general contractor agreements, and other engineering documents. They will also draft letter agreements, lease abstracts, and board memos. The Counsel will work on various projects, including reviewing and managing lease estoppels and SNDAs, and drafting build-out agreements.

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited US law school
- Member of New York State Bar in good standing
- 5+ years of leasing and construction contract experience at a US law firm or US retail company
- Fluency in English
