Role OverviewThe Counseling Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and administering work activities for the CDSS department. They supervise employment activities, ensure approved curriculum is being taught, and promote a positive Job Corps image. The role involves developing referral sources, monitoring counseling delivery, and analyzing data to implement corrective actions.
What You Will Do
The Counseling Manager will perform various duties such as supervising staff, ensuring timely and high-quality services, and maintaining good housekeeping in all areas. They will also conduct quarterly audits of case notes, develop corrective action plans, and participate in PRH mandated staff training.

You should also be able to travel periodically and have five years of Job Corps management experience, as well as experience working with adolescents/young adults and supervisory experience.
