Job Description
Counselor Supervisor will supervise counselors and ensure timely documentation of patient services. Must have OH LCDCIII, LICDC, LICDC-CS, and LSW-S license and 3 years' experience working with chemically dependent individuals. Responsibilities include caseload assignment, quality assurance file reviews, and direct supervision of clinicians.

Requirements

  • OH LCDCIII, LICDC, LICDC-CS, and LSW-S license
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience working with chemically dependent individuals
  • Prior supervisory experience, self-motivated, and directed
  • Positive, non-judgmental, and accepting attitude toward patient population
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with EMRs
