Counsellor, Kids Only

The Counsellor, Kids Only is responsible for the direct supervision of Kids Only attendees at One&Only Moonlight Basin, ensuring programming is delivered to a high standard of service. This role is based in Big Sky, Montana, and involves working with children in a luxury resort environment.

What You Will Do

Provide direct supervision of assigned groups of children, ensuring their safety and well-being. Deliver engaging, age-appropriate programming through enthusiasm and entertainment, leading recreational, educational, and cultural activities. Engage children in fitness, arts and crafts, games, and other experiences, while providing exceptional guest service to parents and children.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience working with children in a similar environment, such as a summer camp, after-school program, childcare setting, or other youth-focused environment
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with individuals of all ages
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and engaging personality, with a genuine interest in working with children
