Job Description
We are an outpatient treatment center in Maine offering intensive outpatient (IOP) services for individuals working toward recovery from substance use. We focus on empowering clients to build healthy coping skills and maintain long-term success in their daily lives. We are looking for a compassionate, dependable Counselor Assistant to join our IOP team.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (associates or bachelors preferred)
  • Experience in substance use treatment or human services a plus
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Must pass background check and drug screening
