Job Description
LSSI is hiring a full-time Intact Family Recovery Counselor Case Manager to provide intensive, home-based clinical and case management services to women referred by DCFS who have given birth to a substance-exposed infant and for other referrals made of families with significant drug usage indicating risk of harm to affected children.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's degree in social work or related human service field preferred
  • At time of hiring, must meet certification requirements for CARS (Certified Assessment & Referral Specialist)
  • CADC (Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor) required or must obtain no later than two (2) years from date of hire
  • Background check clearance, both criminal and CANTS required
  • Valid driver's license, in good standing for the state of residency required
  • Valid IL statutory minimum liability insurance coverage, bodily injury, and property damage required
  • Access to reliable transportation required
