Job Description
The Program is an OASAS part 820 residential stabilization and rehabilitation program that provides substance use treatment in accordance with 820 residential services, focusing on client-centered and trauma-informed approaches.

Requirements

  • Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans with clients
  • Maintain a caseload of clients and coordinate referrals to further treatment or other supports in the community
  • Attend regular case conferences and other scheduled meetings with the clinical team
