Our Counter Parts Professional communicates with customers on parts look up, generates interest in our products, and enters and finalizes customer orders.

Requirements

  • Communicate with customers on parts look up
  • Generate interest in our products
  • Enter and finalize customer orders
  • Assist walk-in retail customers at the counter
  • Work effectively with team members
  • Process phone or fax orders accurately and timely
  • Educate and sell products and add-on parts to the customer
  • Resolve customer questions, complaints, and requests
  • Research orders and update information in computer systems
  • Accurately track customer issues and resolution
  • Troubleshoot lost tickets shipping issues and delivery problems
  • Document customer issues in clear and concise logs
  • Make outbound calls to customers during blitzs or slow sales periods
