Role OverviewAs a Counter Sales representative, you will provide an exceptional customer experience by greeting, assisting, and serving customers. You will understand basic product categories to help answer customer questions and recommend appropriate items for their projects.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include answering customer questions, processing orders, processing payments and returns, and assisting sales team members with larger quotes and estimates. You will also work to upsell by adding additional lines to each ticket and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

Requirements
- High School or equivalent
- 1-2 years sales experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work as a team and communicate effectively
- Good understanding of contractor sales process
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools and Point of Sale Programs
