Role OverviewCounter Sales Associate at POOLCORP will assist customers at the counter and over the phone by answering product questions, processing orders, recommending solutions, and helping ensure a smooth sales and pickup experience.
What You Will Do
Assist walk-in and phone customers with product questions, orders, and service needs. Accurately enter sales orders, generate invoices, and process payments or credit authorizations according to company policy.

Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Excellent customer service attitude and comfortable interacting directly with customers for most of the day.

- Ability to safely move products weighing up to 100 lbs. using equipment such as a dolly.
