Role OverviewCounter Sales Associate is a hands-on, technical role that combines customer service, product knowledge, assembly, and warehouse support. The position involves making hydraulic hoses, identifying fittings and parts, learning and maintaining knowledge of our inventory, pulling and counting material, and being cross-trained in warehouse operations.
What You Will Do
Assist customers at the counter, make hydraulic hoses, learn and maintain knowledge of Company inventory, pull, count, stock, organize, and replenish material, operate the cash register, process merchandise returns, and maintain a neat and organized counter and warehouse area.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The successful candidate must be mechanically inclined, comfortable working with their hands, willing to learn, and able to follow training and instructions closely. The position also requires the ability to regularly lift and handle 50+ lbs and operate a forklift safely.
