Role OverviewWe're hiring a Counter Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. This role is the face of the branch, helping customers find the right solutions while delivering exceptional service and supporting daily operations.
What You Will Do
Provide in-person and phone support to customers, build relationships with customers, proactively reach out to existing and potential customers, prepare quotes and process orders accurately, and maintain showroom organization.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in construction supply, building materials, or related industry
- Knowledge of fasteners, power tools, or pneumatic systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
- Strong math skills with ability to calculate pricing and margins
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 80 lbs occasionally
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
