Job Description
Ferguson is seeking a Counter Sales Representative to provide advice to customers regarding products and process orders. Responsibilities include operating cash registers, preparing orders, and maintaining store appearance. Qualifications include 1 year of customer service experience, sales experience, and knowledge of plumbing or HVAC.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  • Sales experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of Plumbing or HVAC is a plus
  • Knowledge of products is preferred
  • General digital literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required
  • General math skills to allow for cash accounting
  • Warehouse background is preferred
  • Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise
  • Excellent decision making and communication skills
