Role OverviewThe Cook is a key member of the restaurant team responsible for preparing and presenting quality food to guests. The role involves performing prep cook tasks, grill cook tasks, and maintaining equipment per operating standards. The Cook must prioritize their work according to the restaurant and guest needs and build strong communication and rapport with leaders and co-workers.
What You Will Do
Prepare and present quality food to guests, perform prep cook tasks, perform grill cook tasks, complete prep, freezer pull and temperature checklist sheets, practice safe food handling and storage as well as waste control procedures.
