Courier

As a Courier at Mitchell Williams, you will play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys in their daily activities, contributing to the smooth functioning of legal operations within our vibrant and inclusive work culture.

What You Will Do

Safely and securely transports legal documents, packages, and materials between the law office and various external locations, maintains detailed records of deliveries, pick-ups, and any discrepancies, and performs other duties as required.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, have strong interpersonal communication skills, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 21 years of age or older
• Reliable transportation
• Valid drivers license for state worked in
• Current auto insurance
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent organizational ability with attention to detail
• Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information in a professional manner
• Professional demeanor and ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues in a respectful manner
• Ability to work independently with limited required direction and guidance on complex projects
• Meet all local health regulations
