Job Description
The Oregon Judicial Department is hiring a Court Operations Associate (Central Public Service Clerk) to greet customers, assess their needs, and provide guidance for their next steps. The role involves processing financial, administrative, and legal documents, as well as handling cash transactions and customer service interactions.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
At least three (3) or more years of responsible experience in a moderately complex office or business setting involving the processing of financial, administrative, or legal documents
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent phone and in-person contact with people from diverse backgrounds
