Job Description
The First Judicial District is seeking qualified applicants for a temporary Court Reporter position to work with various judges throughout the district. The position offers in-person, hybrid, or remote work options. As a Court Reporter, you will capture and preserve the court record while serving the public in a professional capacity.

Requirements

  • Graduation from high school or equivalent
  • Graduation from a court reporting school approved by the National Court Reporters Association (NCRA) within the past two years
  • Received a Registered Professional Reporter (RPR) designation from the NCRA or an equivalent certification
  • Ability to provide RealTime or a willingness to work towards providing RealTime of court proceedings is preferred
