Role Overview

The Court Services Case Manager supports the County’s Treatment Court by coordinating services for court participants, including those enrolled in the Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) program. This position delivers community-based case management and treatment coordination, using independent judgment to ensure continuity of care and compliance with court protocols.

What You Will Do

Conducts comprehensive assessments, facilitates regular meetings, develops and maintains individualized service plans, coordinates care, communicates with treatment providers, and maintains accurate participant case records.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Criminal Justice, or a closely related behavioral science field, and 1–3 years of direct experience in the substance use field. Experience working with individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders is preferred.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Criminal Justice, or a closely related behavioral science field
  • 1–3 years of direct experience in the substance use field
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Must complete CCS training and pass the Department of Health Services certification exam as an adult functional screener within three months of hire
