Job Description
The Court Social Worker Coordinator develops diversion initiatives to reduce recidivism and improve quality of life for Milwaukee's residents and visitors. This role requires collaboration with community partners, organizations, and defendants to oversee case management, screening, and referral processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human services or a closely related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Four years of progressively responsible professional social work experience.
  • Valid Social Worker Certification or Temporary Social Worker Certification issued by the State of Wisconsin.
  • Ability to work outside of standard business hours (evenings and weekends).
  • Ability to travel outside the City of Milwaukee on occasion.
