Role OverviewThis position is meant to help plan, organize, direct and coordinate assigned court support functions while directing and training clerical staff on department procedures, system protocols, and technical guidelines of the Court system. The work is performed under the general supervision of the County Clerk or Chief Deputy Clerk.
What You Will Do
Performs all duties, responsibilities, and interactions in an effective, professional, compliant, and safe manner according to County policies, procedures, and practices. Supervises, trains, aids, evaluates and directs the work of subordinate employees, assigns and sets project priorities, monitors workload, monitors work for timely completion and compliance with legal standards, guidelines, and deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have three years of supervisory experience, two years of courts, legal or other court-related work, and possess the knowledge, skills, and abilities to effectively perform their responsibilities.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED equivalency
- A current and valid Idaho driver's license
