Requirements

• Provide prompt, efficient and friendly customer service
• Package purchases and assist customers with delivery
• Assist customers by escorting them to products, securing products out of reach, loading/unloading heavy items, etc.
• Answer the telephone and provide friendly service
• Work with co-workers as a team to ensure customer satisfaction and a pleasant work environment
• Perform other tasks to enhance the shopping experience
• Maintain supplies on front-end, adhere to department and company guidelines related to personal hygiene and dress
• Assist in all departments as requested, deliver product to customers, shovel, salt, and sand walkways
• Perform other job-related duties and special projects
