Role OverviewWe are seeking a Courtesy Officer to join our team. The company manages hotels in 20 different states, and our properties were renovated in 2018. We aim to be the employer of choice and continually strive to have the best quality extended stay hotel experience for our guests.
What You Will Do
Perform patrols of the property, detect fires, unsafe conditions, and protect the property from theft, vandalism, and disturbances. Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of visitors and vendors, and communicate with the GM.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to lift 75 lbs
- Ability to handle conflict and defuse situations appropriately and professionally
- Must be able to tolerate outdoor elements all year round
- Ability to communicate professionally in oral and written formats
