What You Will Do

Maintain a visible presence throughout the property, respond to noise complaints, assist residents with lockouts, monitor common areas, check lighting, observe and report vandalism, and support community safety through routine patrols.

Requirements

• Active or retired law enforcement officer OR military background
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain calm and professionalism in all situations
• Detail-oriented with excellent observational skills
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and follow company policies
