Role OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and observant Community Patrol Officer to enhance the safety and security of our residential and commercial properties. In this role, you will conduct routine patrols, observe and report suspicious activities, and provide a reassuring presence for residents, visitors, and staff.
What You Will Do
Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols, observe and document unusual activity, provide assistance to residents and employees, enforce community rules, de-escalate conflicts, and maintain a detailed log of daily activities.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or customer service is preferred. Strong observational and communication skills, ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations, and knowledge of de-escalation techniques are required.
