Role OverviewThe CPQ Administrator will work across product management, engineering, IT, and operations to ensure that dealers, end users, and manufacturing systems interact with product information that is clear, validated, and production ready. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, logically minded, and experienced with product-based rules, conditional logic, and structured data.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include product modeling & configuration, cross-functional coordination, data & rule quality assurance, and documentation & standards. The CPQ Administrator will build and maintain product configuration models, translate business and engineering requirements into rules, and troubleshoot issues in production ordering or manufacturing systems.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.
- Ability to interpret product specifications, BOM structures, and engineering requirements.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage complex rule sets.
- Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with structured data.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
