Job Description
IQVIA Biotech is hiring a Clinical Research Associate I (CRA I) with a minimum of 6 months of on-site monitoring experience. The role involves conducting site monitoring and site management activities to ensure compliance with protocols, regulations, and Good Clinical Practice. The CRA I will be responsible for building and maintaining strong communication with investigative sites and providing protocol training, addressing site-level challenges, and supporting recruitment planning.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required
6 months – 2 years of relevant experience
Basic knowledge of clinical research regulations (GCP/ICH)
Ability to travel as required by the project
