Role OverviewThe Crane Manager / Crane Superintendent will oversee crane operations on the Walnut Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant project in Austin, Texas. This position will manage day-to-day crane operations, coordinate crane utilization and scheduling, and maintain crane projections to support project schedules and upcoming work activities.

The successful candidate will manage crane operations, coordinate crane utilization and scheduling, and maintain crane projections to support project schedules and upcoming work activities. They will also participate in lift planning activities, review and interpret crane load charts, and ensure crane operations are performed in accordance with OSHA regulations and company policies.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in crane operations, crane supervision, crane management, or crane-related construction activities
- NCCCO certification
- OSHA 10 Certification
- Valid driver's license
- Strong knowledge of OSHA crane regulations and industry safety standards
- Experience with lift planning, critical lifts, and crane utilization management
- Ability to effectively coordinate competing crane priorities across multiple subcontractors and construction work fronts
- Ability to read and interpret crane load charts and lifting documentation
- Experience coordinating crane activities across multiple subcontractors, crews, or project stakeholders
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
