Role OverviewThe Crane Manager will lead crane operations, maintenance readiness, lift planning support, compliance, and utilization across active projects. This role helps ensure cranes are properly selected, mobilized, inspected, maintained, and operated in alignment with company procedures, project needs, safety expectations, and schedule requirements.
What You Will Do
The Crane Manager will lead crane operations support for assigned projects, including crane selection, mobilization, utilization, demobilization, maintenance readiness, and operational planning. They will partner with project teams to support lift planning, site-specific crane management plans, crane coordination meetings, crane move planning, overlap/collision avoidance planning, critical lift review processes, and training.

- Ability to lead, coach, and communicate effectively with project management, equipment teams, safety personnel, field supervision, craft, vendors, and subcontractors
- Experience using equipment management systems, maintenance tracking tools, inspection records, scheduling tools, and related technology
- Strong organizational, planning, follow-up, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to be hands-on in both office and field environments
- Willingness and ability to travel within the U.S. and internationally as required
