Role OverviewWe are looking for skilled crane operators with FDOT Pile Driving experience to work on heavy construction projects in Lakeland, FL. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment and be able to tackle a variety of tasks. This is a skilled craft position that performs a wide variety of tasks, transferring from one task to another as the workflow dictates.
What You Will Do
The crane operator will operate various types of cranes, including All Terrain, Rough Terrain, Mobile Crawlers, Hydraulic Cranes, and Boom Trucks. They will be responsible for performing daily safety and operational inspections, maintaining compliance with OSHA standards, and performing lifting load planning and executing approved Lift Plans.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or general education degree
- 5+ years' experience lifting and placing concrete by bucket, prefabricated bridge beams, precast bridge deck panels, rebar, concrete pipe as well as metal forming components
- NCCCO or NCCER certification
