Role OverviewAmerican Equipment Holdings is hiring a Crane Service Technician - Level 2 for our Logan, OH branch. The successful candidate will perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on overhead cranes and hoists in accordance with OEM manuals and OSHA standards. The role involves servicing 3-motion cranes, troubleshooting and repairing uncommon brake systems, and communicating with customers regarding repair plans and required parts.

The main day-to-day responsibilities of this role include performing inspections, maintenance, and repairs on overhead cranes and hoists, troubleshooting and repairing uncommon brake systems, and communicating with customers regarding repair plans and required parts.
Why It Might Be a Fit
To be successful in this role, you will need strong knowledge of AC/DC theory, as well as the ability to troubleshoot 480VAC 3 phase motor control systems. You will also need a minimum of 2-year hands-on electro-mechanical maintenance experience and a willingness to work overtime.
Requirements

- A.A. degree or Equivalent vocational-training or experience
- Minimum of 2-year hands-on electro-mechanical maintenance experience
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
- Ability to pass drug-screen and background check
