Craps Dealer-Table Games-Full Time (Harrah's Ak-Chin Casino)

Requirements

• Deal Craps
• Knowledge of additional games (Roulette, Blackjack, Baccarat, Poker Derivative) a plus but not required
• Maintain a continuous inspection of all assigned gaming equipment
• Exchange guest currency for gaming tokens
• Assist guests in playing and ensure adherence to established rules, policies and procedures
• Coordinate with Supervisors and Security to detect and prevent attempts to cheat and to identify floor irregularities
• Interact with guests and market Harrah's products and services
• Communicate all irregularities, safety hazards, and questions to Table Games Supervisor or Casino Operations Manager
• Adhere to regulatory, departmental and company policies
