Job Description
Reviews loan applications, determines creditworthiness, and mentors loan originators. Structures loan transactions to minimize risk and promotes the cross-sell of additional products.
Requirements
Maintains current knowledge of WTB loan and competitor products, services and rates.
Provides quality customer service to loan applicants.
Makes timely credit recommendations subject to lending authority limits.
Complies with all CRC policies and procedures.
Attends classes/seminars and read literature to maintain a working knowledge of legal, regulatory and environmental issues relevant to consumer & small business lending.
