Role Overview

The CRE Credit Risk Manager is responsible for underwriting and structuring new transactions, participating in client meetings, and identifying risks associated with lending opportunities. They must maintain oversight of ongoing portfolio monitoring requirements and ensure compliance with loan agreements. The role requires strong knowledge of credit underwriting, financial accounting, and loan documentation.

What You Will Do

The CRE Credit Risk Manager will perform due diligence, produce credit presentations, and present credit requests to senior management. They will also maintain direct contact with clients, validate reports, and escalate issues as necessary.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of credit underwriting, financial accounting, and loan documentation
  • Strong computer skills using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
