Job Description
We are seeking a CRE Portfolio Manager II in the Affordable Housing Division to underwrite complex affordable housing construction and permanent loan originations, including those related to LIHTC and other CRA qualified public-private partnerships. The role will involve analyzing credit and financial information, preparing credit requests, and managing a CRE portfolio of borrowing clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree: Accounting, Business, Economics, Law, Computer Science or other related field
  • 6 or more years of banking credit analysis experience
  • Preferred Affordable Housing/ LIHTC credit analysis experience
