What You Will Do
Heavy scheduling, call volume & rolling calls, heavy travel organization, expenses, management of databases, submission logs, and select creative evaluation. Prioritize, manage multiple deadlines, and communicate with executives.

Requirements
- Experience with executive level calendar management
- Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience assessing industry talent and trends, or experience as an assistant at a studio or production company
- Experience as an assistant in a scripted department at an agency, studio or scripted production company
