This role consolidates responsibilities across multiple disciplines into a single point of leadership, ensuring aligned strategy, streamlined execution, and stronger accountability for performance, creative quality, and ROI.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
- 7 + years in integrated marketing, media, communications, or agency roles (CPG or healthcare preferred).
- Deep expertise across media, PR, social, and creative development.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and agency partners.
- Strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
- Data-driven mindset with strong creative judgment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Solid analytical background with knowledge of media mathematical models and formulas.
- Knowledge of media and research tools.
- Strong written, verbal presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, diplomacy, credibility, and ability to negotiate.
