Role OverviewThe Creative Manager is the driving force behind all things creative, responsible for conceptualization, design, and development of creative content for all marketing initiatives. This role leads the process of creating and maintaining a strong visual presence across all platforms, ensuring brand consistency across AccessLex Institute and Helix Bar Review.
What You Will Do
Leads, plans, and implements brand strategies, overall concepts, and creative work for all branding and communications. Manages multiple projects in a high volume, deadline-driven environment, and stays ahead of trends and advanced design technology.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design/Visual Arts/User Experience
- 8+ years of experience as a creative leader with an emphasis on brand design
- Expert across Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Excellent ability to understand graphic needs and effectively lead and convey design solutions or ideas to team members and/or agencies and vendors
- Experience across the full palette of brand expression: digital, print, motion, retail, packaging, campaigns, and events
- Experience developing and managing holistic consumer-facing brand system in an integrated environment
- Experience leading creative work and managing creative teams and/or agencies
- Experience working in cross-functional teams
- Experience working in a research driven environment
- Proven success in prioritizing work and meeting established deadlines
Benefits
- Salary range: $95,000-105,000
- Full-time, exempt hybrid position
- 40 hours per week, subject to approved leave time, travel and other absences as described in the Employee Handbook or as otherwise agreed by the Company
