Role Overview

The Creative Production Supervisor will lead a talented team of designers, web developers, videographers, and multimedia professionals in shaping the future of Illinois Mutual's brand across every customer touchpoint. This is a creative leadership role that requires a strong understanding of UI/UX strategy, digital innovation, and hands-on design. The successful candidate will be responsible for mentoring and developing a team of creative professionals, fostering collaboration and innovation, and driving digital innovation.

What You Will Do

As Creative Production Supervisor, you will oversee the development of websites and landing pages, digital campaigns, print advertising, video productions, photography, animation, email marketing, social media creative, annual reports, presentations, trade show experiences, and marketing collateral. You will also lead multiple high-profile initiatives simultaneously, including website enhancements, digital experiences, annual reports, large-scale campaigns, video strategy, and brand modernization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Multimedia, Interactive Design, Fine Arts or related field
  • 10+ years of professional creative experience
  • 2+ years leading or supervising creative teams
  • Strong online portfolio showcasing design and multimedia work
  • Experience in graphic design, UI/UX, front-end development, video production, and creative strategy
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and project leadership skills
