Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, social commerce, or creator marketing with proven results in driving audience growth, awareness, engagement and EMV.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in identifying, recruiting, and managing relationships with creators.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer marketing tools, and analytics.
  • Experience in building and nurturing online communities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work outside traditional work hours, as needed, in an “always-on” social environment.
