Job Description
The Creator Operations Manager, Emerging Verticals - TikTok Operations is responsible for building and scaling programs that grow high-quality creator supply across new and fast-growing content categories in North America. The role requires owning creator programs end-to-end, partnering with Product, and building trusted relationships across cross-functional teams.
Requirements
5+ years in program management, marketing, or a closely related field
Solid grasp of the creator economy and hands-on experience working with creators
Comfort with data — dashboards, self-serve tools, and basic querying to drive decisions
Sharp communicator, written and verbal, across all levels
High ownership mentality — you spot gaps, flag them, and fix them
