Job Description
The Credentialing & Privileging Program Manager provides Credentialing Management for the Air National Guard Centralized Credentialing and Privileging Program Management Services at Joint Base Andrews. The role is responsible for program management, administration, and subject matter expertise in Credentialing and Privileging (C&P) of ANG healthcare.

Requirements

  • Prior experience with National Guard C&P processes (ARNG or ANG)
  • Demonstrated experience providing C&P for military health system operations is required
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Demonstrated Interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with a range of military personnel and audiences
  • Knowledge and understanding of AFI 44-119, DoDI 6025.13, ANG C&P guidance, DHA PM 6025.13 and other pertinent DoD, AF, and MHS guidance, processes, and procedures
  • CCQAS and Carepoint familiarity as well as an understanding of the function and interaction of the systems in the ANG C&P process
  • Microsoft Office skills required as well as ability to work within military/government proprietary databases and applications
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant medical/health systems experience
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in acquisition, maintenance and review of professional licensure, privileging or continuing education of military healthcare providers
  • Availability during Regularly Scheduled Drill Weekends (Saturday/Sunday)
  • Experience supporting readiness or medical operations within the Air National Guard or Department of Defense
