Role OverviewAs a Credentialing Specialist at Golden Steps ABA, you will be responsible for acquiring contracts, assessing state regulations, creating provider files, and maintaining internal frameworks to ensure accurate information and logins. You will work closely with the billing department to negotiate contract rates and meet deadlines. This is a hybrid role with a competitive pay and a supportive team environment.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include acquiring contracts, assessing state regulations, creating individual provider files, maintaining internal frameworks, updating and maintaining CAQH accounts, completing revalidation requests, processing credentialing applications, creating NPIs, and working with the billing department to negotiate contract rates.

Requirements
- 2 years of credentialing experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with NPI registry, and CAQH
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding problem-solving and organizational abilities
