Job Description
The Credit Admin Clerk will be responsible for processing and reviewing credit applications, setting up customer accounts, and assisting in small balance collections.

Requirements

  • Assist with incoming calls in the collections area
  • Take and deliver messages to Credit Department personnel
  • Process customer credit card payments
  • Assist customers with account issues
  • Cross training on other duties within the department
  • Other duties assigned by Management
