Job Description
The Credit and Collections Analyst will be responsible for executing a structured collections process, monitoring and managing credit limits, and building strong customer relationships to enhance collection outcomes.

Requirements

  • Execute a structured collections process for past-due accounts
  • Monitor and manage credit limits for existing customers
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Investigate and resolve short payments, deductions, and account discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of collection activities
  • Collaborate with third-party collection agencies
