Job Description
The Collections Specialist is responsible for a broad range of collections and customer service activities for an assigned customer portfolio.

Requirements

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date accounts receivable aging for all customers.
  • Reconcile monthly customer statements and credit memos.
  • Identify and pursue timely, proactive collections.
  • Provide support to field teams.
