Credit & Collections Associate job at a mid-size utility company, handling collections-related calls and paperwork. High-volume customer service position with a focus on customer interactions and multitasking.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required (associate degree preferred)
  • 2+ years of related experience in similar call center, collections, and/or customer service role
  • Basic knowledge of customer service, collections processes and procedures
  • Ability to access the CIS (Customer Information System) to access and update account information
  • Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiar with using email, word processing, spreadsheets and project management skills
  • Experience with customer information systems preferred
  • Maintains confidentiality with customer information
  • Comprehension of basic mathematical concepts and calculations
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
